Temperature Control

1. Overview

The constant temperature test chamber is to place the tested item in the specified temperature simulate environment to test the high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance of the items. Then the constant temperature test chamber must have the following functions: heating up, cooling down.

2. The Heating System

The heating system is the key link to control the temperature rise of the test chamber; When the operator inputs the heating command on the control panel, the controller will output voltage to the relay; there is direct current on the solid state relay, which is equivalent to the connected wire, then the voltage acts on the heater when the contactor is closed. At this time, the two ends of the heater are heated up, and the circulating fan brings the heat into the test space through the air duct to make it warm up.

3. The Cooling System

The cooling system is one of the cores of the constant temperature and humidity box; the whole system consists of four main parts, compressor, condenser, throttling device and evaporator. After the refrigerant is compressed by the compressor, it becomes a high-pressure and low-temperature liquid. When it passes through the evaporator, it absorbs the heat in the test space and becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure gas and enters the condenser. The condenser condenses the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant into a low-temperature high-pressure liquid release heat.
